Return & Exchange Policy
· Our store policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless we deliver the wrong item.
· When our driver arrives, and only at that moment, you may inspect the merchandise and purchase or decline. If you decline, however, there will be a $25 fee to most areas. North County San Diego would be $75. This covers our gas and time.
· When our driver delivers to you, you may inspect the product to make sure everything is there. If something is missing or broken, arrangements will be made to get you the part you need.
· We will go a step further. As you begin to assemble your furniture item, if you discover something is missing, broken or defective, please notify us right away and will exchange that part within 4 business days.
· Don't wait longer than 1 week to assemble your furniture as sometimes products are discontinued and parts may no longer be available to us.
· If you notify us of a defective, missing or broken item within 1 week of purchase and we don't have the replacement part for you, you will be entitled to a full refund. In such case, you must put everything back in it's original packaging.
· Any defective parts must be kept in undamaged original packaging.
